Catherine "Camie" Howell Obituary

Catherine "Camie" Howell (Deion) of Narragansett died peacefully on Friday evening, September 13, 2019 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease.

Camie leaves behind her loving husband, Ken, of Narragansett, her daughter, Kendra Walsh and her husband, Keith Walsh of Olathe, KS and her step-son, Jason Howell and his wife, Jennie Howell, of Narragansett. She was the daughter of Catherine Deion (LaFazia) of Greenacres, FL and the late Joseph Deion. She is survived by her brothers, Paul Deion and Wayne Deion. Camie was a loving and devoted grandmother to her four grandchildren Alexandra, Kendall, Samantha and Keegan.

Camie enjoyed spending her summers at Narragansett Town Beach with family and friends. She also enjoyed dancing and taking her dog, Foxy, for walks in Narragansett. Camie will be remembered for her beautiful smile and amazing heart.

A celebration of life will be held in July at Canochet in Narragansett. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
