Claire Archambault Obituary

Claire Marie Archambault (born Antonelli) passed away peacefully on January 14, 2023 at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of Reginald D. Archambault. She had four children, Katharine (Meyrowitz), Carmel, Reginald Jr., and Sarah (Ouellette), and was mother-in-law to Norman Meyrowitz, Michelle Archambault, and Joseph Ouellette. She also leaves 5 grandchildren, Robert Burbank, Charles and Matthew Rego, R. Thomas Archambault, and Reg Ouellette. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph and her sister Ann Tramonti, and is survived by her sister Eleanore Scott. Claire grew up in Providence and raised her family on the East Side. On her husband's sabbaticals, she spent semesters in London, Paris, Bologna, and Tokyo. For more than 20 years, she and Reg Sr. divided their time between their residence in Matunuck and their apartment in San Francisco. Claire deeply enjoyed music, was an avid and creative cook, and loved her garden. Her grandchildren will always remember her meatballs. Funeral Services will be private. www.galloglyfuneralhome.com
