Filomena "Philly" C. (Senerchia) Vallee

VALLEE, Filomena C., “Philly” (Senerchia), 86, of Mulhearn Drive, Coventry, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. 

She was the beloved wife of the late William R. Vallee.  Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late John and Gilda (Lancellotta) Senerchia.

Philly was employed in the textile industry for many years before retiring.  She was a member of the North Road Tenant's Association, Sunshine Committee, and the Natick Senior Bowling League.

She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Gius (Robert) of Canterbury, CT, Ann (Vallee) Gallant of Warwick, RI, and Susan Vallee of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; eight grandchildren, Raine Marandola, Robert Gius, Katelyn Vallee, Chelsea Vallee, Jarryka Thompson, Joseph W. Gallant, Robert Vallee and Peter Kreisler; four great grandchildren, Steven and Jackson Marandola, Quinn Gallant, and T.J. Thompson many nieces, nephews and their families.  She was pre-deceased by her beloved son, William R. Vallee, Jr.

She was the sister of the late Carmine Senerchia, Anthony "Jeep" Senerchia, Mary Senerchia and Domenica "Dee" Hartmann.

Philly will always be remembered for her strength of spirit, generosity, kindness and compassion.

Special thanks to her daughter-in-law, Jamye Vallee, for all her love and caring she has given our family over the years.  Also a thank you to the compassionate staff at Continuum Hospice & Palliative Care.
