Samuel F. Marsocci

MARSOCCI, Samuel F., 88, of Warwick, passed away Tuesday evening, November 30, 2021 at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence.

He was the beloved husband of Jeannette L. (Lancellotta) Marsocci, they had been married for sixty-six years.  Born in West Warwick, a son of the late Samuel and Ida (DiCarlo) Marsocci.  He was a lifelong resident of Warwick.

Mr. Marsocci was a stone mason in the granite and marble industry for many years until retiring.  He was an avid golfer and a former member of Valley Country Club. He was also a member of Sacred Heart Church and The East Natick Vets Club.

Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Samuel D. Marsocci and his wife Kimberly of Lyman, New Hampshire; two granddaughters, Keri Smith and her husband Bill of Hope and Melanie Barske and her husband Jeff of Exeter; two great granddaughters, Brooke and Kaelyn Barske and two siblings, Marianna Marsocci of Warwick and Alfred Marsocci and his wife Gerri of Wakefield.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 from 9:30-11:00 am in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a funeral home service at 11:00 am.  Interment will be All Saints Cemetery, Warwick.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 in his memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
