What a great loss for anyone who knew Fr. Hynes. We always enjoyed his company. We used to meet him at Tarso's restaurant. We got to know and love him, great conversation over dinner. It is really an honor and pleasure to know him. We will never forget him. Gene & Evelyn Carpentieri

Father Hynes was a kind and gentle man, a wonderful leader for the Saint James community. My family always appreciated his sense of caring and concern for others. I can picture him stopping by the school yard during our recess - always smiling. On behalf of the Donnelly family, I offer my condolences to his family.
